Union Transfer was alive with excitement this past Friday, as MisterWives graced the stage, bringing their infectious energy to Philadelphia. As the lights dimmed, lead singer Mandy Lee took the stage with her signature flair, radiating charisma that the crowd could instantly feel. The set started with "Organized Chaos," instantly drawing the audience into their dynamic blend of pop and rock. Accompanied by a talented band, they seamlessly blended their discography, showcasing their musical versatility.
The setlist was a well-crafted mix of crowd favorites and newer tracks, creating an engaging flow that kept everyone on their toes. Songs like “Our Own House” and “Coloring Outside The Lines” ignited a sing-along that echoed throughout the venue. The instrumentation was tight, with the band’s rhythm section driving the beats while the brass section added a layer of richness that elevated the sound. This is a band you surely can't miss the next time they come around. Not only did they play twenty-four of their incredible songs, they also brought out a cover of “Dancing On My Own” which is a well-known Philly favorite. There was not a single soul standing still in the venue all night. Everywhere you looked fans were fully engaged and drawn into the amazing stage lighting visuals, and the performance.
